Fait Accompli

Finally. It's been ages since i had some free time on my hands. After an exhausting, sleep-depriving, brain-draining, eye-torturing, physically-demanding and psychologically-tormenting 6 days, i have some breathing room at last. Gawd, the past week has made me so numb, my brain is officially on MC today. 24 history essays in 6 days and i outrageously managed to finish them all. Even by totalling up all the homework, faculty tests, common tests and promos exam for history the whole of last year, it's still less than the 24 done in 6 days of the first term. Gosh, looking back at it now, i finally realise what a fool i was to actually allow history to transform me from an ultimate slacker to a homework freak. I swear i'd never ever been so serious about my history assignments before. Every day was just a race home from school, saving as much time as i could to use it for completing all my history essays. I even had to resort to skipping school yesterday so i could stay home to rush my final few essays. Urgh. Am i really me?! What a geek!

Fortunately i managed to get all 24 done by today, or else i would have ended up locked in my room, sitting in front of the pc, starving myself 24 hours for 3 straight days just to get 48 essays done by Monday. I wouldnt be surprised if i'd were to die of exhaustion by Sunday. Geez, even if my heart fails me, i bet i still wouldnt be able to rest in peace till my brain finishes all 48 essays. But well, since i managed to meet the deadline, let's reserve that for another day. This is unfortunately just the beginning of my journey to the worst part of Hell. Guys, please do lend a helping hand in calling back my original soul should i ever turn into a history zombie. I'd really appreciate the help.

Meanwhile, im going to enjoy my remaining hours of freedom before i embark on another journey tomorrow to do my gp, lit and econs homework which have already started decomposing. Sigh, if this carries on, even if i get an A for history (fat hope of course), i'd still wouldnt be able to make it to uni with all my other Fs. Somebody, deliver me!!!

Hell breaks loose

Lo and behold, it's the time of the year again. This time, hell was impatiently awaiting my presence the moment i dragged myself out of bed. My first thoughts werent about heading back to camp without completing my gp assignments or cursing the damn thursday timetable cos we end at 5.15pm...Instead, it was more the fear of facing Andrew Lim with only 10 history essays out of the 60 were had to do. I was already breaking out in cold sweat while on my deadly journey to hell...

The day couldnt be any worse with the 1st period of the day being the history lecture. After assembly, all the history students were scurrying to LT4 for fear of getting blacklisted. The minute AL stepped into the stuffy LT choking with fresh paint, every individual seemed to have morphed into meek little mice shivering in their seats, waiting to hear who would be guillotined first. On the whole, that sinister being had a dark aura around him, was basically tyrannical, intimidating, arrogant, high-handed, authoritative, terrifying, etc. In other words, he fitted all the negative terms one could ever come up with - something not very unusual.

I should start numbering my days very soon.
