1) Noise pollution. Drunk people singing loudly under your flat at 2am in the morning (even though its the 3rd storey!) aren't exactly what you want especially when you have a morning class the next day.

2) Break-ins. Break-ins. And more break-ins. Security is lax (or should i even say, no security at all) and dodgy folks climbing into your flat from the balcony outside doesn't ensure a very peaceful and safe living environment (Shouldn't expect much anyway cos Bentley IS a dodgy suburb afterall).

3) FAR FROM CITY! Only 2 buses to the city which is AT LEAST half an hour travelling time. Not too appealing particularly after living across the river for 2 years where ALL the buses from Vic Park go to town, and which only takes 10-15 minutes (5 on weekend afternoons).

4) Restricted internet access/use!!! This is prolly what i can accept the most. Hellooo...the Internet is my entire life!

5) Etc. etc. etc. Im sure i can come up with more.

P.S. But hey, are ypu considering living on campus if you come over? If you are, then i'll join you and bunk in in the same flat. Im sure the company defeats all odds. Haha.
