Wo Ho Ho. I just striked off the last assignment on my list. So long Habermas! Shall we never meet again! Now, all that needs to be done is to simply drop those papers off into the assignment box and...TADA! Well, ok maybe its not ALL over yet cos technically theres still the dreaded screening on thurs (imagine the horrors of having your film exposed to be victimised by the critical judgements of your fellow peers!). But what the heck! No more assignments for the rest of the year! Rejoice!

On a side note, i honestly cant believe ive actually received 4 internship offers - all from reputable local production houses - within 2 days of sending out my application. 2 of them even called up my house wanting to speak to me straightaway. WOAH. They all asked me to go down for a chat this week, not realising that my butt is still firmly stuck in this pathetic place. Ok but then again, its my bad cos its a miscommunication on my part for failing to explicitly state that im not back in SG yet. But yeah, shit man, i wasnt expecting to start work so soon. When i sent out like 11 applications on Sun night, i wasnt expecting to get any reply whatsoever, or at least in the 1st 2-3 weeks! (How come no one replied when i applied the same time last year, and this year they all come at the same time?! TSK.) Sob. Now i wont even have a day when im back where i'll be able to wake up in the afternoon and watch my channel 55 all day, much less go out! GRRRRR.
