Episode 2

Im really liking this job of mine (well for now at least)! Although the pay is damn miserable, the "bonuses" i get on top of my minimal job scope render it all worth it. The fact that we get to travel to all sorts of places (restricted and unrestricted) around the island FOC makes every day such a thrilling experience. While all the locations ive tagged along on so far were pretty cool in their own way; Mon's one has got to be the most memorable. It was a great pity that we were overrunning or i would have had more time to fully indulge in maximum luxury.

We were filming at a SGD$4,500 per night 26-storey penthouse suite at Raffles The Plaza on 24/9. It was friggin eye AND mouth-opening. The suite was as big as a 5-room flat and decked out in full luxury overlooking the splendid Singapore cityscape. The minute we all entered, everyone's jaws dropped and before long we were all off scuttering around exploring the hotel "room". At that point in time, i think work just automatically took the backseat in everybody's minds. Then again, this procrastination was prolly was what prevented us from finishing the shoot (although a power trip was the main culprit). Knowing that i wont be able to go back for the pick-up shoot cos im off 黄金路 after today, i took a couple of photos for keepsake (couldnt take too many cos i had to look professional in my job la...only managed to snap these as the crew was packing up to leave):




Every day, Ping Hui never fails to ask me the same ol' question: "Eh, how come you're still (working) here?!"

Tell me la, with amazing job perks like this, how can i bear to leave?!
