Im blogging, and it's a weekday!

O boy. I cant believe that i actually signed up for 3 events for the college Sea-carnival. Cant figure out what's getting into me lately. Cant explain the sudden urge for participation in such major college events - especially sports. O well at least we're participating as a class for the Dragonboat race (although i dont have a single idea how 19 people can handle a 24-man boat. Sheesh.) And i actually managed to get persuaded by Xm to join the Mini-Dragonboat and Rafting events too. Maybe because they were novelty events. Yikes. Im SO going to get humiliated in front of the whole college. Worse still, it'll all be held at Kallang Basin, and we're so totally unfamiliar with the waters there. Dont wanna imagine how we're going to get through this. Sigh.

I must be absolutely insane to sign up for a Sports Day's event too - Shortput to be exact. Like wtf?! Shortput?! Yeah well, all the girls in my class (except Xm and Liting who are apparently doing the jumps and the runs respectively) decided to just sign up for the blardy event since it was compulsory for at least 5 girls to enter. But whatever, we dont give a damn la, its as if we'll even turn up for the heats. Haha.

Hmm o well, i better not get too carried away by these distractions especially since i have to seriously reflect on my Common Test grades. As usual, everybody else flunked History, except the miserable 4 who managed to scrape through. But honestly, it's not as if we didnt expect it. Like cummon, it's Mr Boon Kong we're talking about here. No one can ever get past him unless you're Justin or Leong Fai yada yada. Whatever. My other subjects were no better too. Ms Kon warned that some of us might even have to retake Lit and probably the rest, although she left out specifically who. And yes, meet-the-parents are compulsory with no excuses this time round. Plus, she's adding on another one-to-one "consultation" period. Great, this sounds like History to me. As for Econs, i simply picked the wrong question. Should have focused more on free trade and protectionism then. Why the hell did i even do NYA?! Bleah.

Well, anyway, i guess this week's rather slack (that's why i have time to blog) no thanks to the disappointment. But whatever the case, im still looking forward to the end of Thurs. And Sat particularly, cos i finally get to watch Oliver! ; )
