Disturbed by 'Disturbia'

Just came home from a night out with Marilyn, Cindy, Stella and Jody. Pretty beat but had a awesome time! Went to makan (sambal kangkong, hotplate tofu, sweet n sour pork, honey pepper chicken, chilli squid, and sago) at Singapore House. Enak sekali! Plus its been a long time since i had rice so i finally got to eat my fill today. Heh.

Anyway, went to catch Disturbia after that. Initially thought it would be something similar to Donnie Darko or The Butterfly Effect but i was totally wrong man. Wa lao, i was practically squirmed up in my seat with my hand blocking my eyes for half the show la. It may be a thriller, but damn, it really made me freak out (yes yes, im a scaredy cat as everyone already knows)! Nonetheless, i have to admit that the editing and sound were pretty good - definitely effective enough to have such an impact on me. Unfortunately i was such coward or else i could have picked up a thing or two about editing pace and style. O well. Even if given a second chance, i would still choose to stick with keeping my eyes fully shut during the entire climax sequence. Its certainly gonna be a long time more before i would ever think of watching another movie like that. Yes, yes, continue laughing at me.
