Our Lady Peace - Do You Like It
Wayfarers
Wayfarers we all are
Trekking on a meandering road
A vague and uphill hike
With heavy carts to tow
The loads pile up
Incessantly along the way
Often with redundant scraps but
Most with memories to stay
Absorb in nature’s harvest
And the spring flowers’ scent
Don’t just gaze down at
The dull and unpleasant land
Trudge on with fearlessness
While dwelling in the sweet
The overcast skies will clear and
The unpleasant will soon retreat
