Did the French Revolution fertilise the soil which it devastated?

That's the history prelim question for CJC and one of my multiple history assignment questions.

After several months of studying all other revolutions and wars, I cant recall a single fact from the first topic on the FR now.

My brain is defunct after a couple of days' slacking. Im too lazy to ponder over the question's hidden meaning.

Forget it. I'll skip and do the next question.
