"Today I will marry my friend..." (As printed on the wedding booklet)

Amazing. When we turned up for Ms. Chua's wedding today, we saw practically 3/4 of the chapel filled with PL staff and students. It seemed like a big PL alumni gathering. Every one from her student down to the school librarian was present...Geez. They clearly outnumbered the groom's guests. Even the chapel decoration and the receptionist duties were all covered by the PL teachers. Ms. Chua seriously knows how to cut down costs huh. Hahaha. Oh and God probably heard our prayers - Mrs Lee didnt turn up! Rejoice! But Mrs Winnie Tan did though. And we the seniors actually had to sit in between the 2 rows of teachers. Sandwiched between Ms. Gan, Mrs Ewa Lim, Ms. Adeline Loh etc. and Ms. Mable Goh, Ms. Grace Ng, Mrs Winnie Tan etc., we didnt dare to joke or suan the couple in that dangerous position of ours. Sigh, but they all really reminded us of our good ol' PL days though.

Oh, Chua's husband wasnt good-looking at all. Ok, he was just average, definitely older than her. But he does seem like the typical mature, honest husband every housewife would dream of. As for her, Lihui said she didnt look pretty even with the seemingly desperate attempt to salvage her appearance. Haha, she looked just like her ordinary self in school, except with thick makeup and contacts. Cathy also secretly told me she said a big white lie today by telling Ms. Chua she was "very pretty today". Well well...looks like the makeover wasnt successful. Ok, we're pretty mean students huh. That's a lesson for not inviting us to the wedding dinner. Heh heh.
